Desulfurization And Denitrification Equipment Processing

Desulfurization and denitrification equipment processing.
Desulfurization equipment
1. Wet desulfurization
Main principle: Desulfurization is achieved by reacting absorbents (such as limestone, gypsum, etc.) with SO₂ in flue gas to generate sulfates or sulfites.
Key equipment: desulfurization tower, absorbent preparation system, gypsum dehydration system, etc.
Advantages: high desulfurization efficiency, mature technology, suitable for large industrial boilers.
2. Dry desulfurization
Main principle: By spraying desulfurizers (such as activated carbon, calcium oxide, etc.) into flue gas, it reacts with SO₂ in a dry state to generate solid waste for collection.
Key equipment: desulfurizer injection device, reactor, etc.
Advantages: No wastewater treatment is required, the equipment is simple, but the desulfurization efficiency is relatively low.
Denitrification equipment
1. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification
Main principle: Under the action of the catalyst, the NOx in the flue gas is reduced to nitrogen and water using a reducing agent (such as ammonia, urea, etc.).
Key equipment: SCR reactor, ammonia injection system, catalyst layer, etc.
Advantages: high denitrification efficiency, mature technology, widely used in large coal-fired power plants.
2. Selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitrification
Main principle: under high temperature conditions, the NOx in the flue gas is reduced to nitrogen by using a reducing agent (such as urea, ammonia, etc.).
Key equipment: reducing agent injection device, mixer, etc.
Advantages: simple equipment, low investment, but relatively low denitrification efficiency, and high temperature requirements.
