1. Furnace structure design
When customizing a heating furnace, the furnace structure design has a key impact on the convenience of maintenance. For large heating furnaces, a detachable furnace structure is an effective way. For example, the furnace body is designed as a modular component, and when internal inspection or maintenance is required, specific modules can be easily disassembled without large-scale disassembly of the entire furnace body. For box-type heating furnaces, furnace doors that are easy to open can be set, and the hinges and locks of the furnace doors should be designed to be firm and easy to operate, ensuring that maintenance personnel can easily enter the furnace for maintenance work.
In addition, in the internal structure layout of the furnace body, overly complex and compact designs should be avoided. Reasonably plan the installation positions of components such as heating elements and sensors, and ensure that there is enough space between them to facilitate maintenance personnel to use tools for operation, such as when replacing heating elements, they will not be hindered by other components.
2. Installation of heating elements and components
The installation method of heating elements should take into account the convenience of replacement. For example, with plug-in or bolt-on installation, when the heating element is damaged, maintenance personnel can quickly disassemble and replace it without complicated welding or cutting operations. For some easily damaged sensors, such as temperature sensors, they should be installed in easily accessible locations and use standardized interfaces so that they can be easily calibrated or replaced when the sensor fails.
At the same time, for parts that often require maintenance, such as fans in ventilation systems, installation locations that are easy to disassemble and clean should be selected. The fan housing can be designed to be detachable, which is convenient for cleaning dust and debris on the impeller to ensure ventilation effect and extend the service life of the fan.
3. Design for easy observation and detection
When customizing a heating furnace, it is necessary to consider the convenience of observing and detecting the internal situation during operation. An observation window can be set on the furnace body. The material of the observation window should be able to withstand high temperatures and have good transparency, so that maintenance personnel can check the internal heating situation, component status, etc. without opening the furnace body.
In addition, some detection interfaces are set inside the furnace body, such as temperature detection interface, pressure detection interface, etc. These interfaces should adopt universal standard interface forms, so that maintenance personnel can use portable detection equipment for detection, timely find potential problems and perform maintenance.
4. Maintenance channel and identification
In order to facilitate maintenance personnel to enter the key parts of the heating furnace, reasonable maintenance channels should be set. The space of the channel should be large enough for maintenance personnel to carry tools and equipment through. And around the furnace body and near the key components inside, clear signs should be set to indicate the name, function, maintenance precautions, etc. of the components, so that maintenance personnel can quickly locate and understand the maintenance requirements, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance.
